TENUTA OLYMPIA

Francesco Bava, together with his wife Sandra Salerno, from the experience of the historical wine shop of Canobbio to the hills of Monferrato, wanted to take up the challenge of producing a great Piedmontese oil. Since 2008, from his 150 plants, he has obtained his extra virgin olive oil, monovarietal from Leccino. Extracted cold, the oil is bottled after natural decantation, it is delicate on the nose, with a good personality on the palate and recalls the fruit.
