La polenta di una volta - Azienda Agricola Longo Mauro Antonio

The Longo Mauro farm produces polenta flour from "marano" maize, a native seed selected annually by the company. The production process carried out entirely on the farm and the stone mill ensure a high quality “niche” product; non-hybrid, non-transgenic, cultivated and produced on the Monferrato hills using eco-compatible techniques with a low environmental impact.
