Work was still continuing to pave piazza Perosi in 1963 when Pantaleone Donà, everyone calls him Leo, decided to open the bar of the Orti neighborhood where everything flows (“Panta Rei”). In truth at Bar Leo (now PantaLeo), the passing of time also means change. The owner is now Pantaleone’s son Marco, who financed the renovation and change of name in 2018.
Until 1998, there was also the restaurant, next door, then sold. Now there is a small but high-quality catering service which complements the traditional one. Today, Marco is assisted by his sister Lorella and four employees, as well as his wife Barbara who handles the organizational side. His mother, Primitiva, with her experience, is in charge of the kitchen.
