A fun experience in the kitchen under the attentive guidance of an award-winning chef who will reveal the secrets of every dish and ingredient. In a historical residence, where the intimate and refined setting creates the ideal ambiance for learning high-level techniques, you will be welcomed by our chef who will introduce you to their cooking philosophy, achievements and delightful anecdotes on their national and international collaborations. And then, wearing an apron, it will be off to their kingdom! During the cooking class, you will have the opportunity to learn the techniques for preparing gourmet dishes, using local, fresh and quality ingredients. The chef will reveal the secrets of their creations, teaching not only how to create recipes, but also how to enhance the flavors, plate elegantly and enhance the ingredients. At the end of the class, taste the prepared dishes in a convivial moment which will allow you to fully appreciate the fruit of your hard work. In the afternoon, visit a winery along the Grignolino Road and wine tasting.

Experience will be held on Thursday at lunch time: two dishes and one dessert will be prepared: the tasting does not include wine.
