Activity description

One of the most appreciated tours of Monferrato which develops in a circular way around Fubine passing by the old water supply fountains. The Fountain Trail invites you to discover hidden corners in nature, where the beauty of the landscape merges with local history. During the walk you will admire the Bricherasio Chapel sculpted by Leonardo Bistolfi, and reach the center of the village in the square with the parish church and the town hall. After a short break at the scenic terrace, visit the spectacular infernot, the underground cellars dug out of Pietra da cantoni, typical sandstone rock of the area, recognized as UNESCO heritage site.
At the end of the tour, visit and tasting at winery on the Food and Wine Road of Gran Monferrato.

Hiking trail with a certified environmental nature guide HD - visit the Bricherasio Chapel and the Fubine municipal infernots - tour and tasting at winery on the River Road/ Grignolino Road. Recommended period: April October.
