The wind blows gently, touching and embracing the rows of lavender, bringing with it a scent of quiet, sun and earth. Here, where time slows down and the violet color dances in the light, a two-way journey begins, in the fields and in the self.
The grounding and sensory meditation path invites to free your thoughts and breathe deeply, to hear the living breath of nature under your feet. The contact with the earth becomes an embrace, the scent a calling, the sounds a silent dialog with your surroundings.
Slow walks, listening and small gestures of awareness, the lavender guides the experience like an invisible thread, combining calm, presence and wonder. Each step takes you back to simplicity, balance, the beauty of being part of
everything.

The experience will be carried out in a haven of tranquility among the Monferrato hills, on a farm which grows lavender using natural methods and produces essential oil and a line of artisan and organic cosmetics.
