A day to admire an interesting heritage of frescoes, dating mostly to the late Gothic period, an itinerary which joins magnificent ancient villages situated off the beaten track with the possibility to taste the local wines and food products, such as Roccaverano DOP. Unique jewels, such as San Francesco in Cassine, Santo Stefano in Sezzadio, San Giovanni Battista in Roccaverano. Visit the Giulio Monteverde Plaster Cast Gallery in Bistagno: 29 works in plaster with imposing commemorative statues, funerary monuments, works with a social meaning and portraits, sculpted by an artist who represented a period of political and social transformation and of great technical and design innovations in the historic and artistic field. Lunch included during the tour.
