Nestled in a unique wine-growing landscape, Villa Sparina represents the perfect blend of winemaking tradition and contemporary wellness. Experiencing slow living at this charming resort means immersing yourself in a suspended dimension, where the harmony of nature guides your days. From the sensory journeys through the centuries-old vineyards to the culinary experiences at La Gallina restaurant, every detail is designed to rejuvenate mind and body, offering a true escape from the daily grind in the heart of the Gavi DOCG region.

Live your day following the flow of the moment, marked only by the pleasure of the things to do and the freedom to take all the time you need.

A farewell with a guided tour of the village of Gavi, an Orange Flag TCI (Italian Touring Club) certified town with its narrow streets and colorful houses, clearly influenced by Liguria. Between the crisp air rising from the Ligurian sea and the firm roots of the Piedmontese land, Gavi offers a moment of authentic calm, an invitation to unplug, breathe deeply, and reclaim your time. Visit the Gavi Fort (according to opening schedule).

2 nights' accommodation in a comfort room with a vineyard (with a wonderful view of the vineyards), breakfast included
Aperitivo della Gallina: a selection of five finger foods, a first course, and a dessert, paired with wines from the winery (your choice and not included in the offer)
Picnic in the Grove: stroll through the historic vineyards surrounding the estate and immerse yourself in nature, away from the noise of the city and immersed in a scenic grove. Enjoy a picnic prepared by the chef with ingredients from the organic garden and selected local producers.
Breadmaking Course: The kitchen of the La Gallina Restaurant takes center stage to reveal the secrets of breadmaking, with perfectly leavened bread, focaccia, and pizza. At the end, participants will taste the prepared products accompanied by a glass of Villa Sparina Metodo Classico Brut sparkling wine.
