The journey begins with a a visit to a local apiary, where you can observe the untiring work of the bees and become acquainted with the secrets of beekeeping, before letting yourself be won over by the sweetness of the local honey. You will continue with two top wine experiences: guided winery tours and wine tastings which tell the story and character of these lands, between intense aromas and picturesque landscapes.
The day will close with a scenic aperitif and an overnight stay in the quiet countryside of Ricaldone, to immerse yourself in the relaxing and genuine ambiance of Monferrato. An experience designed for those who love a full immersion in the region.

The experience begins in an apiary surrounded by greenery, where the beekeeper will welcome you and tell you about the fascinating world of bees and their essential role in the ecosystem. You'll be able to observe the hives up close, discover how honey is made, and learn about the various stages of production, from harvest to processing. The visit concludes with a guided tasting of monofloral and multifloral honeys, allowing you to appreciate their aromas, textures, and unique characteristics. An authentic experience that unites nature, sustainability, and tradition. Next, you'll immerse yourself in the evocative atmosphere of a Monferrato winery, where you'll be guided through the vineyards and into the winemaking rooms. The young producer will tell you about the company's history, production techniques, and the unique characteristics of the local grape varieties. The final tasting will allow you to savor a selection of wines representative of the area, paired with typical appetizers.
