There is a soul that beats silently among the cobbled streets of Casale Monferrato, of historic shops, discreet shop windows and sincere smiles. The past has never really passed here, it lives on in the slow gestures of the craftsmen, in the scent of the cocoa which fills a century-old pastry shop, in the sound of the hammer which continues to shape metal.
This journey is an invitation to slow down, listen and feel. An emotional journey to discover the historic shops of our city, keepers of precious knowledge and authenticity which proudly resists the passing of time.
You will meet people who not only sell, but tell stories, which they not only create, but hand down. You will be welcomed like a guest, guided among the aromas, fabrics, tools and stories, in a perfect blend of tradition and passion.

day 1
In Casale Monferrato, each historic shop is a small emotion just waiting to be discovered: a medieval oven and a secret passage for the castle, a collection dedicated to the most iconic presenter of Italian TV (Mike Bongiorno), a delicious stop to taste the famous Krumiri biscuits which are still handmade as they have been since 1878. For music lovers, from 7 June to 10 August, the castle will host an unforgettable exhibition dedicated to the Beatles in association with Botteghe Storiche and Confesercenti: The Beatles Favolosa Epopea.
On 13, 20 and 27 June, musical aperitifs and dj-set aperitifs on the picturesque stands of the castle.
