In the city's pedestrian area, just steps from the central Piazza Italia and the famous 'Bollente' fountain, you'll find our historic trattoria. It's small but steeped in tradition. For three generations, we've been offering authentic, traditional cuisine based on recipes that have remained unchanged over time.
Our farinata is also prepared following Grandpa Ferruccio's ancient recipe, then baked in a characteristic wood-fired oven.
All this is accompanied by local wines, selected to best showcase our gastronomic traditions.
Definitely the perfect place to savor traditional Acquese cuisine.
