The family-run farm grows saffron in the fields of Teo and Piuzzo.

In addition to saffron threads, its products include biscuits, saffron honey, and a new addition: saffron-flavored Timorasso grappa. The company has shared the family formula with the Gualco distillery in Silvano d'Orba, which still produces grappa using the ancient Piedmontese bain-marie method.
