FRUIT AND VEGETABLES IN A JAR. Fruit and vegetables are good in their natural state but they can be the basis for many delicacies. Ilaria Cola, in her farm of Sale, includes processing by hand without the use of preservatives. This gives way to a vast range of jams, sauces and jellies, ranging from those of rose petals, violets, blueberries or the classics with wine up to jams of Tropea onions, chilli peppers, celery, asparagus or peppers. You can taste them in the space dedicated to the restaurant or buy them in the showroom, where it is possible to stop for a delicious aperitif. Open on Thursdays (only in summer), Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 16 to 19.
