Andrea Prigione has taken over the reins of a historic name in Alessandria's pastry shop, with a focus on chocolate. The liqueur-filled chocolates, coated fruit, cremini, traditional gianduiotti, and chocolate baci are excellent. The traditional pastries are equally noteworthy: sweet polenta, cream and chocolate Bavarian cream, and holiday desserts.
