The neoclassical palace stands on a private square (Piazza Conte Tornielli), bordered by other neo-Gothic buildings from the same period (a farmer's house, stables, and a small building with a central arch). The palace features an imposing symmetrical façade, with a projecting portal that opens onto a balcony at the top.

The windows are surrounded by simple decorations, while each floor is punctuated by a cornice. According to the original design, the palace consisted of the first two floors (up to the most prominent cornice). The front façade features a central balcony. The building was later raised by one floor and two turrets were built.
Entering through the main entrance, you can see the two imposing side staircases leading to the upper floor, while a triumphal arch with the family crest leans against the door leading to the ballroom. Also on the ground floor is the Bishop's room, with a magnificent ceiling decorated in pure gold on a blue background, perfectly preserved. The 18th-century canopy bed in authentic red damask remains.

Ascending the dramatic staircase, you enter the billiard room, also known as the music room. The period decorations reflect Renaissance motifs; the tondos depict the Tornielli coat of arms and those of the countesses who entered the family.
