Palaces in History - Palazzo Cuttica in Cassine - Video
Home to the A. Vivaldi Conservatory.
Construction began in the late 17th century on the foundations of a previous family palace, and is attributed to master builders Ambrogio and Bernardo Bianchi. It was sold in 1812 to the Genoese nobleman Marcello Durazzo, who expanded it. Since 1852, it has been owned by the Municipality of Alessandria. Since May 23, 2004, it has housed the "Civic Museum Itineraries."
