Napoleon boasts traditional cuisine. The seasonal à la carte menu features classic dishes, with a special focus on traditional Alessandria cuisine. Napoleon's menu never fails to feature the famous tartare, agnolotti, and Mandrogno salami, and depending on the season, porcini mushrooms, truffles, Piedmontese-style fritto misto, bagna cauda, mixed boiled meats, cod, rabaton, and gnocchi made fresh every morning. The restaurant also offers catering and banquet services.
