Manuel, a cycling tour leader and environmental hiking guide for the Piedmont region and an FCI instructor, will provide you with an experience, not just a simple bike ride. He will help you discover the region, combining the pleasure of cycling amidst nature, art, history, and legends, and allowing you to savor the local food and wine.
He regularly works in the following areas:
Basso Monferrato: From Casale Monferrato to Trino, passing through the Po River Park, or pedaling through the magnificent hills, past vineyards and castles, farmhouses, and evocative views overlooking the Po Valley, in the beautiful Pastrona Park, and along the winding Kintana trails. On the technical and fun single tracks of Monte Sion for an adrenaline rush, or simply from the plains to the Crea Sanctuary, strictly off-road!
Castles and ghosts, legends, art and history, from Romanesque and Gothic churches to the industrial archaeology of Casale Monferrato, the former cement capital, from the Barbera and Grignolino vineyards to the Infernot, a landscape to be savored and discovered.
Vercellese: The class "tours" Castles, fiefdoms and legends, the Principality of Lucedio and the Grange, the Parco delle Sorti and the Partecipanza, the Via Francigena, visits to farms, the Sesia and Po River Park, along the edge of the rice paddies with their changing colors as the seasons change. The checkered sea, these are the rice paddies of Vercellese, are just some of the two-wheeled "experiences" you can enjoy in this area.
Biella: For nature lovers, Burcina Park, with its rhododendrons, sequoias, and evocative views from "Bric Burcina," immersed in the nature reserve of the "Felice Piacenza" park, a garden of great botanical interest. The Oropa basin, with its Sacro Monte Mariano, connects with the trail to the Santurio di Graglia. If you enjoy wild nature, explore the Biella savannah and venture to the canyons of Castelletto Cervo, an enchanting place with breathtaking charm! For adrenaline junkies, there are two geological sites par excellence: the Serra Morenica d'Ivrea and the Super Vulcano, bordering the magical "red shores," both with adrenaline-fueled single tracks and an immense geological and natural heritage.
Valsesia: Lower and Upper Valsesia, between the sites of the Super Volcano and the Walser tradition, the beautiful Sacro Monte di Varallo, called the greenest valley in Italy, from the simplest excursion through woods and villages, following the bike path that runs alongside the Sesia River in complete relaxation, or from Mera to Alpe Sorbella, passing by the Pizzo lake, with magnificent Monte Rosa in view. More challenging and adrenaline-filled excursions with variations depending on your ability level, or let yourself be guided through the rolling hills of Gattinara and enjoy splendid views of the Gattinara vineyards, among the ruins of ancient towers and castles, legends, and the paths of Fra Dolcino, Valsesia is waiting to be discovered.
FCI Instructor: Safety Riding Courses - With the utmost professionalism and dedication, to push your limits, or simply to provide the right tools and guidance to improve your riding technique, essential for safe riding in any environment.
