The Mandelli family has been working in the milling sector for three generations. Craftsmen with long-standing experience, they produce special flours with 100% Italian selected grains with no additives or adjuvants. Our flour reflects the wheat ears in the field, and the ideal is to work to obtain flour that is fragrant, easy to digest and healthy. The soft wheat flour is produced using a Buhler plant of 1960 with grinders and plansichter in wood for slow milling with a one-of-a-kind diagram, keeping the flour alive with the water-soluble vitamins, proteins, gluten and all the trace elements which nature has put in wheat grains.
