The expert artisans represent the cutting edge of cocoa processing and create great classics and innovative recipes dedicated to the most curious palates, such as Matcha Tea Pralines and Maldon Salt Cremini. The recipes, which do not contain added preservatives or hydrogenated ingredients, are periodically reviewed by the company's experts to systematically reduce the amount of vegetable fats without altering the flavor. Continuous experimentation also allows us to offer a wide range of gluten-free products.
