Since the beginning, Banfi Piemonte has undertaken a path of steady growth, focused on typical products and technological innovation, with a special vocation for producing quality sparkling wines. The wine cellar, which has undergone a complete restoration and renewal in recent years, has been designed to store and, at the same time, enhance the features and the typical characteristics of the winery’s grapes. In addition to an area dedicated to the production of sparkling wines using the Charmat method, the wine cellar extends to an area dedicated to the century-old pupitres, where the Classic Method sparkling wines rest on the yeasts. The barrique cellar, where the red wines (Dolcetto and Albarossa) are matured and fined, has also been renewed.
