It was 1922 when Carlo Bagliano, fired by the Railways, decided to open a new business and
to resume his old job as a carpenter in the Cristo neighborhood. From the start, specialized labor and state-of-the-art equipment was used, as if looking forward was in the DNA of the company which, destroyed in the bombings of 1944, was rebuilt in the immediate postwar period by Agostino and Giuseppe.
The foundations of the new company were definitively laid by the second generation of the Bagliano family who combine carpentry work with office work and funeral service organization.
In 1960, for reasons of space and technological renewal, a new site is opened and the production of coffins and that of undertakers, today’s primary business, are definitively joined.
In 1980, Mauro and Franco Bagliano, the current managing directors joined the company and, since 2000, they have been joined by sons Davide and Marco, who are the fourth generation of the family.
In 2016, the Funeral Home is opened, the first in Piedmont, a place in which to bid farewell to family members, respecting secularism and different religions.
The Funeral Home is an example of excellence for the sense of civility that inspired the decision to open it.
