The Artemisia Residence is located less than 50 meters from the "Casa di Cura Villa Igea" and is reserved exclusively for patients of the healthcare facility, relatives, and companions of patients. It is equipped with every comfort and comprises 13 spacious and comfortable studio apartments.
The units are approximately 23 square meters in size and feature a balcony. They all include a fully equipped kitchen, induction hob and refrigerator, coffee pod machine, dining table and/or study, relaxation chair, two single beds, bathroom with shower, hairdryer, LED TV, and telephone with a direct line to the healthcare facility.

All rooms are also equipped to accommodate disabled guests.

The Residence also has a large underground parking lot and several parking spaces in the adjacent courtyard. Both parking spaces are private and reserved exclusively for the facility.
An elevator serves all floors of the Residence, starting with the covered parking lot. Small pets are welcome.
