You come here to taste the dishes of the Ligurian and Piedmontese tradition, with a creative and original touch. You start with the selection of mixed national and local cured meats, knife-cut Fassone tartare, traditional ravioli, bagna caoda, mixed boiled meats, stockfish, perbureira (pasta and beans cooked in a particular way, traditional dish of Ovada), bonet and hazelnut semifreddo.
