WALKING WITH HERBS (feat. THE FOOD AND WINE ROAD OF GRAN MONFERRATO)

A sensory experience in the hills of the Bormida Valley with a walk to identify wild herbs accompanied by a naturopath and wild herb expert. We'll discover how to distinguish them from poisonous species, how to harvest them responsibly, and how to use them in cooking and herbal medicine. We'll also learn about harvesting methods, their properties, and their use according to ancient medicine and folk tradition.
During the tour, a refreshment break with a pocket snack featuring local food and wine products will be included.
The experience will be rounded off with a visit and tasting at a winery on the Strada degli Aromatici.
