A guided tour to discover extraordinary men, navigators and explorers born in Monferrato or who lived here, forging an important bond with these hills. Villa Vidua in Conzano with stories and artefacts from the travels of explorer Carlo Vidua, one of the most important adventurers of the 19th century. The Colombian Museum in Lu Monferrato, created by the Monferrato Colombian Studies Centre: what if Christopher Columbus had been born here? And then the Nanni Ricordi Museum in Sala Monferrato, dedicated to the legendary record producer, the “inventor of singer-songwriters”.
The tour concludes with a “Monferrato breakfast” in a wine cellar or among the vineyards of the Grignolino Wine Route.
