An experience which merges history, nature and food in a place where time seems to expand: a castle of Monferrato dominates the Po valley with a natural elegance that will win you over from the very first glance. The arrival is already an experience: the road climbs among orderly rows of vineyards, and the profile of the castle emerges on top, like a stone guardian watching over the plain.
Inside the historical park, the monumental trees filter the light in an almost theatrical way. The silence is broken only by the rustling leaves and the chirping birds. The boxwood labyrinth, perfectly manicured, offers a moment of play and contemplation: a green route which invites you to slow down, lose and find yourself again. The visit is completed by a food and wine experience with guided tastings of local wines and
with gourmet dishes inspired by the Piedmontese tradition, creatively reinterpreted.
