Activity description

In a well-known winery of the Dolcetto Road, under the guidance of an experienced winemaker, you will have the opportunity to taste different base wines, which are the result of single grape varieties or partial blends. The winemaker will explain the characteristics of each wine and how to combine them to obtain different nuances of taste, aroma and structure. You will have the opportunity to mix the wines to create your personal blend, balancing the proportions to obtain the flavor profile you prefer. This part of the experience will allow you to experiment and learn how different combinations of grapes can change the taste of the wine. Personalize the label with your name and take home 6 bottles of the wine you created.
