Start your journey in Monferrato at Casale Monferrato with a warm welcome
accompanied by coffee and traditional pastries. Are you ready to
discover the region through its millennia-old history, traditions, and incredible food and wine
heritage? You'll experience magical days in a real castle!
Upon arrival at the historic residence, you'll enjoy a classic Italian aperitivo, then end the day with a dinner featuring seasonal products that showcase Piedmontese cuisine.

FROM MARKET TO TABLE
Start your morning at Casale Monferrato's historic Friday market, choosing seasonal ingredients and food and wine specialties with the chef.
Enjoy lunch at a local favorite, followed by a visit
to a UNESCO World Heritage site, a spectacular underground cave carved from stone, a hallmark of Monferrato.
Return to the Castle for a cooking class with the chef, including a tasting of dishes prepared under his supervision.

Transform yourselves into truffle hunters for a morning, enjoying an immersive sensory experience in one of the region's most iconic and representative traditions.
