Week end culturale a Frassineto Po

The 4th edition of Biennale Teresah 2025, the national literature and poetry competition organized by Accademia di cultura Bernardino Cevis of Frassineto Po, in association with Studium Accademia of Casale and Monferrato, draws to a close, with the great cultural weekend of 11-12 October. The winners from all over Italy will also be awarded at the event.
The competition has grown in importance and in number of participants thanks to the sponsorship of numerous Italian Universities: Turin, Siena, San Marino and Bari which have contributed to the formation of the jury.
This cultural movement aims to popularize the life and the works of a figure who felt especially close to Frassineto Po: Teresa Corinna Ubertis aka Teresah.
In this edition, on 11 October at 3 p.m. Palazzo Mossi in Frassineto Po will host the inauguration of the exhibition curated by Paolo Vivaldi; L’ARTE GRAFICA NEI LIBRI DI TERESAH, Nascita del libro illustrato per ragazzi.
The event then moves to the Town Hall of Frassineto Po where Claudia Casarotto will present a story “In fondo al cassette” si trova Teresah…
Followed by the awards ceremony for the national narrative and poetry competition Teresah 2025 – Under 19 section with numerous teenagers, winners of the lower and upper secondary schools. The awards ceremony will be presided over by Prof. Paola Peola, former Principal IC Don Milani Ticineto, IC Pascoli Felizzano and Scuola Media Hugues Casale Monferrato. At 4:30 p.m. the author Loredana Cella presents “Romance. L’amore al tempo Z” fourteen love stories for young voices. Several young authors from Piedmont and Valle D’Aosta will be present.
On Sunday 12 October, the day will start at 9:30 a.m. with the guided tour of Frassineto Po and the Collegiate Church of Sant’Ambrogio. At 10:45 a.m. Palazzo Mossi will host the presentation of the book “Le donne camminavano a Kabul” by Giorgio Macor. The author will talk to Antonio Gelormini from Bari, journalist with Corriere del Mezzogiorno and president of the Jury of the Biennale Teresah 2025. In the afternoon, at 3 p.m. at Palazzo Mossi, “Pennsylvania, la vita la storia il destino” a training novel by Giorgio Pogliano published by the Piedmont publishing house Neos Edizioni main sponsor of all the book presentations.
