Vi.Ta. Ovada Vino & Tartufi - 15th Edition

A corner of unspoiled nature, just a short distance from the hustle and bustle of city life. No other words are necessary to transmit the magic and appeal of Bergamasco, the simplicity and charm of discovering that in the midst of the 21st century, not far from the city, there is still a haven where progress has been able to get ahead without taking away space from green areas, erasing traditions, or imposing a burden on the quality of life.
All this is Bergamasco, a small gem which is worth discovering for all those who love nature and tranquility. And what better opportunity to do so then the 27th Regional Truffle Fair?

Below is the detailed program of the Fair:
SATURDAY 11 OCTOBER
-7:30 p.m. Piazza della Repubblica, curated by the Pro Loco of Bergamasco “Black truffle dinner"; followed by Torte Deejay

SUNDAY 12 OCTOBER
Piazza della Repubblica and Via Roma
- 9 a.m. Via Roma / Trifolao

- 10 a.m. Musical entertainment and opening of the event with Truffle Market-Exhibition. Presented by CARLOTTA IOSSETTI, television footage of PRIMA ANTENNA TV
- 12:30 p.m. Awards ceremony for Truffles and Truffle hunters.
- 1 p.m. Truffle-based lunch at participating restaurants.
- 3:30 p.m. Marick Animazione show for kids “Soap bubble workshop” at the Kindergarten.

At the Sports field of San Pietro
- 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. for the younger children “Pompieropoli”, in memory of Felice Guastavigna.
Exhibition of vintage tractors curated by “Associazione Trattori d’Epoca” of Dolci Terre di Novi.
2 p.m. Registration begins for truffle hunting competition.
3 p.m. Start of simulated truffle hunt with truffle dogs Rosta Rio Di…Vino
3 p.m. Wine tasting.

Ingressi evento domenica 16 novembre:
- Primo ingresso, Via Cairoli: vendita bicchieri con sacchetta; produttori vino con degustazione.
- Secondo ingresso, Via San Paolo angolo via Torino: vendita bicchieri con sacchetta; produttori vino con degustazione.
- Piazza Cappuccini: il fuori Regione con ospiti interregionali e i loro prodotti tipici della tradizione.
- Cantine Carosio: aperte con il Consorzio.
- Piazza Cereseto: mostra “Feste Vendemmiali” a cura di Accademia Urbense e FAI.
- Giardino scuola di musica: Camper della salute.
- Piazza San Domenico: contadini KM0 che cucinano.
- Il Baffo: salotto urbano (vini naturali).
- Piazza Garibaldi: Pro Loco con cucina e a chiudere la piazza scivolo per i bambini.
