Vendemmia in Arte 2025

“Vendemmia in Arte”, the traditional event which brings the streets and squares of the village of Rosignano Monferrato to life with different initiatives to explore the food and wine, craftsmanship, traditions and culture of Monferrato, is back on Sunday 5 October.

The events of this 30th edition are many and suitable for all ages to spend a day of celebration among the magnificent hills of Monferrato, where the vineyards and woods become a blaze of colors in autumn.


Tourists and visitors will be welcomed by stands of craftsmen and local products, musical moments and performance, lunch of the vendemmia with local dishes and the De.Co. (Denominazioni Comunali) products of Rosignano, local wine tasting, entertainment for kids, art and culture events. Unmissable visits to the Infernots, UNESCO heritage site of the Vineyard landscapes of Piedmont.


Once again, the program of Vendemmia in Arte is enriched by the Caccia ai Tesori Arancioni, the event of Touring Club Italiano which is held all over Italy on Sunday 5 October in the participating villages certified Orange Flag.


For the 2025 edition of Vendemmia in Arte, the Municipality of Rosignano Monferrato has participated in the project “Fieramente in Piemonte, piccolo sagre grande prodotti”, curated by the Regione Piemonte – Agriculture and food Department and Visit Piemonte.

"Nel quarantennale del Barbesino: vino, mercato ed enoturismo in Monferrato"

Round table with experts of the sector and nationally renowned journalists, second stage of “Congresso dei comunicatori del cibo e del vino”. La tendenza del calo dei consumi in che modo può incidere sull’enoturismo nei territory del sito Unesco “I paesaggi vitivincoli di Langhe, Roero e Monferrato? The initiative will be attended by Cesare Chiesa (Mayor of Rosignano Monferrato), Paolo Sabbatini (Università di Torino), Gianpaolo Fassino (Università del Piemonte Orientale), Maurizio Gily (Università di Scienze Gastronomiche di Pollenzo), Giovanna Quaglia (Associazione per il patrimonio dei paesaggi vitivinicoli di Langhe-Roero e Monferrato), Claudio Coppo (Consorzio di tutela vini Colline del Monferrato Casalese - Piemonte Land of Wine), Federico Piemonte (Banca del Vino di Pollenzo) coordinated by Pier Ottavio Daniele. An important moment as have always been the talks promoted during previous editions of
Vendemmia in Arte.
The round table will also be the opportunity to celebrate at the opening of the meeting the forty years of the Consorzio Barbesino, remembering its Promoters and focusing on the relevance of the motivations which determined its birth: still relevant and essential for the future of wine production in Monferrato.

first edition of “Infernot Wine Festival”

Why “Infernot Wine Festival”? The underground cellars of Rosignano Monferrato guard the great doc and docg reserves of Monferrato and will very soon host doc and docg reserves of other prestigious Piedmont wineries; indeed, the Wine Bank of Pollenzo will open its headquarters in Monferrato in the Infernots of Rosignano Monferrato, specifically in the municipal infernot of “Casa Cassano. It will be the first "station" outside the storage area of the Wine Bank. This is a particularly significant result for the village of Monferrato which awards the wine growing vocation of the land and signals how Rosignano Monferrato is considered an important point of reference to enhance tourism in
the Casale area.
The project “Gli Infernot in un podcast” will get underway as part of the “Infernot wine Festival”: the underground cellars of Rosignano Monferrato become settings for the narration of wine and territory in association with Wine Working – another absolute novelty full of tourist and cultural potential, which will feature celebrities, famous journalists, authoritative exponents of music, culture and showbusiness. Exceptional testimonials for the Infernot, sites of exceptional cultural value.
