On Saturday, May 16, 2026, the Municipality of Castellania Coppi is preparing for an evening of intense emotion with "Prima del Giro."

The event, promoted by the Municipality in collaboration with the Serse and Fausto Coppi Promotional Association and the Castellania Coppi Lions Club, offers a rich and varied program:

The Evening's Program
7:00 PM – The inauguration of the new fountain and a new section of paving inspired by the historic stones of the Paris/Roubaix race.
8:00 PM The celebrations will continue with a charming dinner in the village of Castellania Coppi, a perfect opportunity to enjoy good food and share a passion for sport in excellent company.
9:15 PM – "FAUSTO IS IN MUSIC": The day will close with a unique show. The stage will come to life thanks to:
The moving readings from the novel "Fausto, my Coppi" by author Luciana Rota;
The splendid voice of Flavia Barbacetto;
The notes of the String Quintet of the Classical Orchestra of Alessandria, composed of Massimo Barbierato (violin), Matteo Ferrario (violin), Alessandro Buccini (viola), Luciano Girardengo (cello), and Elio Veniali (double bass).
