NIGHT RIDE FOR LEISURE CYCLISTS

The third edition of the Night Ride for Slow Cyclists is scheduled for Saturday, September 19th, along the cycle path between Tortona and Viguzzolo.

Saturday, September 19th Schedule:

7:15 PM: Participants meet at the Matteotti Area (Via De Gasperi 6, Tortona).
7:30 PM: Departure for the ride along the Tortona-Viguzzolo cycle path to reach the Romanesque Church of Viguzzolo.
8:15 PM: Arrival at the Romanesque Church of Viguzzolo with a buffet lunch on the lawn.
9:00 PM: Greetings from the authorities and a "Pedal Stories" talk inside the church, focusing on cycling culture and stories on two wheels.
9:45 PM: Nighttime cycling tour through the streets of Viguzzolo and group return to Tortona.
10:15 PM: Conclusion in Tortona with the award ceremony of the Black Jersey to the participant who best represents the spirit of the initiative.

The guest of honor for the event will be Serena Malabrocca, granddaughter of Luigi Malabrocca, who will be present along the route and during the final awards ceremony.

Participants are required to use bicycles in perfect condition, with front and rear lights required. Helmet use is strongly recommended.

Registration is mandatory and must be completed by Thursday, September 17, 2026, by completing the online form available at the attached link.

The participation fee is:

15 euros for adults;
10 euros for children under 18;
5 euros for children under 12.
