The Civic Theater of Tortona will host the concert "Barocco 2000 – Magic and Sounds from the Eighteenth Century to the Present Day," an event sponsored by the City of Tortona and dedicated to raising awareness about animal abandonment.

The evening's protagonist will be the Ensemble "Le Muse," a group led by Maestro Andrea Albertini on piano and conducted by him. The ensemble includes Alessandra Dalla Barba and Livia Hagiu (violins), Ilaria Bruzzone (viola), Livia Rotondi (cello), Michela Gatti (double bass and electric bass), Elisa Parodi (flute), Francesca Alleva (oboe), Elisa Giovangrandi (horn), and Oscar Trabucchi (percussion).

The musical project interprets the atmosphere of the eighteenth century in a modern and original way, reminiscent of the Rondò Veneziano style. It will blend the Baroque repertoire with pop and rock sounds through arrangements curated by Maestro Albertini.
