The market is held only on the second Sunday of the month. Professionals and hobbyists are located inside the Pavia Market, with entrance from Piazza Castello and exit from the Palazzina Liberty.

In 2023, the Casale Monferrato Antiques Market celebrated its 50th anniversary.

During the Antiques Market, the Farmers' Market is held in front of the Palazzina Liberty (Largo Margherita Paleologo Gonzaga) (second Sunday of the month, except August), dedicated to the finest local products from the Monferrato region. The stands are located in front of the Palazzina Liberty.
