The Festival was launched to honor the "maestro", the name given to Angelo Francesco Lavagnino (1909-1987), a prolific and attentive composer of classical and film music, by his close collaborators. Each concert, and lastly, the image composition contest, will be the expression of due gratitude and recognition for always keeping alive and present the figure of the illustrious man musician.
