The Varallo family was already involved in landscaping at the castles of Pomaro and later Giarole as early as the mid-19th century. This passion was made available to the customers in the early 20th century, when Giuseppe Varallo begins that journey which, as it evolves, brings us to the present day, dealing with the creation and maintenance of green areas, cultivating and producing new varieties of plants, with the help of his son Angelo.
It is precisely Angelo Varallo who, after a long, forced break due to the war, taken the teachings of his father to heart and thanks to his inherited passion, follows the same path.
In the 1960s the nurseries enlarge and the variety of cultivated plants also increases. At the same time, the flower shop opens on
via Cavour.
In 1977, Cav. Angelo Varallo hands over the helm to his grandson Paolo Gilardino, who continues this tradition with his son
Stefano.
