We named it "Trattoria" because we wanted to convey simple quality and Italian style; and then, half-jokingly but also concretely, we added two key words:
PAPPA: it's one of the first words children are taught and conveys the meaning of good food. Hence our attention to the quality of the raw materials, sourced from our local area and neighboring regions, used in our cuisine, and the decision to produce some fresh pasta, all filled pasta, and desserts in-house, as well as preparing our dishes "on the spot," according to the principles and rules of express cuisine.

VINO: it's the second word chosen for our name; in fact, it's our surname!!! Our wine selections are the result of countless tastings in the cellars of producers; small or large, well-known or still little-known. Reading our menu or browsing our displays will be like taking a stroll among the vineyards of our wonderful Italy.
The choice to call ourselves "Petite Champagnerie" is motivated by our great passion for sparkling wine produced using the "Metodo Classico" method. This passion has guided us in selecting wines from prestigious French brands and, above all, products from small, lesser-known winemakers, offering excellent quality and attractive value.
Naturally, we couldn't miss out on a well-stocked selection of Italian sparkling wines, which in recent years have risen significantly in the rankings of taste and popularity for this type of wine.

From mid-May to September, we also offer a pleasant outdoor seating area.
