In 1905, Felice Bobba opens the iconic store on via Migliara 32. The midinettes had no supplier from whom to purchase accessories to embellish their garments. So, when Mr. Bobba opened the store, the seamstresses could supply themselves and purchase all sizes of needles, different color threads, ribbons and buttons. Mr. Bobba has filled this inexplicable void, always selling the best products, offered by the production companies. The Bobba family, despite these valid values, decides to sell the business to Wanda Barcellona and Luigi Bruni in 1963. The new owners continue with the inherited tradition, selling increasingly better products, of the finest haberdashery, according to the dictate of the latest fashion. Wanda Barcellona received an important award on the 150th anniversary of the Unification of Italy, as representative of one of the businesses considered historic by the Region.
