Legatoria L'Abbecedario was founded as an artisan workshop in 1995 in the hills of Alessandria in lower Piedmont, on the border between the provinces of Genoa and Pavia.
In 2003, Legatoria L'Abbecedario was awarded the seal of Artisan Excellence by the Piedmont Region.
Since 2004, Legatoria L'Abbecedario has had a small artisan workshop in the port square of Camogli.
Their offerings include photo albums for ceremonies and all occasions, diaries, phone books, notebooks, and custom-made boxes combining canvases and papers with original designs.
They also offer bookbinding services for texts, theses, and files, as well as restoration of antique books.
