Dolcetto di Ovada - Dolcetto di Ovada “Narcys” - Barbera d’Asti - Gavi - Gavi di Gavi - Piemonte Chardonnay TOP HUNDRED The Guido family has been engaged in grape cultivation and wine production since the last century. In 1925, thanks to the technique of grafting vines onto American rootstocks, our grandfathers saved the vineyards from the devastating “phylloxera vastatrix”. In the 1960s, despite the progressive abandonment of the countryside, our father continued undaunted to work his lands. Consolidating the family tradition with studies in farming and winemaking, we, his children, have known how to merge experience and modern working techniques in the cellar: gentle pressing, refrigeration and cryomaceration. Our vineyards are situated in the highest hills dedicated to the production of Gavi and Dolcetto di Ovada.
