San Giorgio Festival

Alessandria is ready to host the 2026 edition of the San Giorgio Festival, a program of events dedicated to live music, entertainment, and culture that will take place from June 20th to 30th in the splendid setting of the Cittadella Monumental Complex.

The Festival was created with the aim of enhancing one of the city's iconic sites through a program that engages diverse audiences and consolidates the Cittadella's role as a space for gathering, entertainment, and cultural promotion.

The 2026 edition, curated by the Audere Group in collaboration with Alegas – Gruppo Iren, offers a program that combines big names in Italian music, storytelling events, and performances with strong educational value, alongside experiential and participatory events open to all generations.

The program is as follows:

June 20 – Life at 30 – Festival Edition

June 21 – Holi Splash Run

June 25 – Arisa

June 26 – Nek

June 28 – Federico Buffa with 'Otto Infinito – Life and Death of a Mamba'

June 30 – Marco Masini

The event represents an important opportunity to promote the area, contributing to enriching the city's cultural offerings and attracting visitors from all over Piedmont and neighboring regions.

The fourth edition of the music and entertainment festival (which didn't previously exist) will bring renowned artists to the Cittadella, one of Alessandria's most iconic locations, with immense appeal. The City of Alessandria's call for proposals has produced an event capable of combining music, entertainment, sports, outreach, and opportunities for participation aimed at diverse audiences. The presence of nationally renowned artists and figures, along with initiatives designed to engage all generations, confirms Alessandria's ability to offer an attractive and high-quality cultural program. We are confident that this edition, like the previous three, will attract a large audience for exciting and engaging events."

The San Giorgio Festival, one of the most anticipated events of the Alessandria summer, is back again this year.

The 2026 edition marks a new organizational direction, with the direction entrusted to the Audere Group, and aims to further strengthen the Festival's identity by expanding and diversifying its cultural offerings, with a program that spans theater, music, storytelling, and contemporary entertainment, with a focus on artistic quality and audience engagement.

The 2026 edition's calendar will be progressively enriched with an ever-evolving program, capable of engaging diverse audiences and enhancing a space of great historical and cultural significance like the Cittadella.

With this new edition, the Festival is part of the city's broader cultural promotion program, contributing to strengthening Alessandria's role as a hub for cultural production and enjoyment.
