A guided walking tour of the historical centre dedicated to the artistic beauties of the Churches of Novi, to the history of the town of Novi Ligure, and the many curiosities... 

A delightful walk, starting from the famous Elvezia pastry shop where you can taste the "delicious" OLANDESINA. 

The route will continue on foot among the streets of the centre with various stop-off points: you will visit the Basilica of Santa Maria Maddalena, the Perelli Gallery, the Collegiate Church of S. Maria Assunta, the painted Palaces and the Church of San Pietro. 

The itinerary will end with the tasting of the farinata (chickpea bread) made using the original recipe accompanied by a good glass of local wine.
