Description
The City of Alessandria, ASM Costruire Insieme and Opera Carlo Felice of Genoa, with the “Antonio Vivaldi” Conservatory of Alessandria, present “PASSION”, the 2023/2024 concert season which will be held in Alessandria.

Between the end of winter and late spring 2024 the Orchestra of the Carlo Felice Theatre of Genoa will be the protagonist of a cycle of four concerts which - travelling the territory of Alessandria through several of its most significant historical, artistic and spiritual sites - will move along an itinerary of two centuries of music history, with a deliberate prevalence of Italian authors from the late 18th century to the full 20th century in a continuous and stimulating comparison with recognized peaks of the mature classicism of Hayden and Mozart.
The Orchestra will be conducted by internationally acclaimed conductors such as Alessandro Cadario, Riccardo Minasi, Domenico Nordio and Alexander Lonquich, the last two also as soloists, and accompanied by its First Clarinet Valeria Serangeli as soloist in the last concert.

On Thursday 29 at 9 pm, Concert "SERENATE PER ARCHI" with the Orchestra of the Opera Carlo Felice of Genoa, conductor and soloist Domenico Nordio.
The event is part of "Liguria Musica"

Domenico Nordio will perform, as conductor and soloist, the Concert for violin and orchestra No. 4 by Mozart and two serenades for string orchestra by Ermanno Wolf Ferrari and Nino Rota, two of the major Italian composers of the 1900s.

Free admission until full capacity is reached.
