It will be a March full of activities at the Youth Library of Casale Monferrato with numerous initiatives for young readers.

Saturday 2 March at 10:30 am "La storia inventata" meeting with the Penelope Association for children between 3 and 6 years of age accompanied by parents to understand emotions and those who surround us through stories: the reading of a book will be followed by a discussion with parents to end with an artistic workshop to represent personal stories.


"Nati per leggere con i raccontastorie" returns with "Storie di Primavera" on Tuesday 5th and Thursday 12th March always at 5 pm.

Thursday 7 March at 5 pm "Laboratorio orticolo" (Horticultural workshop) held by Prof. Giovanni Ganora with the meeting entitled "Piante che camminano": a meeting which will offer participants basic information and curious insights with space also for a final practical application.

Saturday 9 March at 11 am children from 3 to 7 years of age can participate in "Avventura musicale": a music workshop with Giulia Motta of Accademia Europea d'Arte "Le Muse" which will start with the reading of a book, with its protagonist, experimenting different melodic, rhythmic and music activities.

Thursday 14 March at 5 pm "Con la testa tra le stelle", the initiative of meetings in association with the amateur astronomy group of Casale "Giovanni Celoria" will offer readers from 5 years of age the opportunity to carry out a curious exploration of our galaxy and of the universe with the meeting entitled "Alla scoperta delle galassie".

Tuesday 26 March and Thursday 28 March at 5 pm, always at the "Luzzati" Library the "Laboratori Creativi di Primavera" held by the Library during which participants can carry out manual activities with cardboard and modelling dough.

"Favoleggiando, girovagando" continues an intense program of visits and workshops in the Youth Library with local schools and with itinerant readings in the schools of the Library System of Monferrato. From 5 to 27 March the library will host the nursery schools of Casale Monferrato "Piccolo Principe", "Peter Pan", the primary schools of "S. Paolo" and "XXV Aprile", as well as the lower secondary school "Trevigi". The primary schools of S. Maurizio di Conzano and of Quattordio, as well as the nursery schools of Ottiglio and of Villa Monferrato will also be guests of the library.

Itinerant readings will also continue at this time at the nursery schools of Casale Monferrato "Verdeblu", “Martiri”, “W. Disney” and “Luzzati”, as well as the nursery schools of San Giorgio Monferrato, Mirabello and San Germano.
