Truffle hunting in Monferrato is an experience worth living and telling. Everything is true and authentic; nothing is prepared and when the faithful tabui (truffle dog) starts to dig and agitate itself you will realise you are holding your breath and both quiver with happiness. Meet with the truffle hunter for a mini lesson in biology to understand what truffles are. To follow, experience of hunting with the lagotti (truffle dogs). Conclude with wine tasting in a winery that uses organic farming techniques and visit the private infernot of the company.
