IL FILO DI ARIANNA

Silvia and Davide Cassina dedicate themselves to organic agriculture on their family farm. They select the best raw materials, the basis for many preparations; jams of apricot and of Ramassin plums, nectar of elderberry and agrumela (based on apple and citrus peel). The savoury products include bagna caoda, sweet and sour shallots, stuffed chilli peppers, spicy fruit chutney and dandelion sauce.
