Masio is famous for honey which has been certified De.Co. since 2006, enshrining the solid bond with the territorial tradition. Lidia Roggero and her husband are among the best interpreters of this bee culture, transmitted by her father, the founder of the activity. From the more than one hundred hives in Val Tiglione they obtain excellent millefiori, acacia and sunflower honey, together with honeydew and the typical honey with IGP Piemonte hazelnuts.
