Discover the province of Alessandria on a journey between the Cantine Accoglienti to taste its most representative wines: Derthona Timorasso, Gavi, Brachetto d'Acqui, Dolcetto di Ovada, Grignolino and Barbera. The infernots of UNESCO Monferrato, the gently rolling hills caressed by the sea breeze and the pre-Apennine slopes all make for an emotional experience through wine, with visits to the production sites and full immersion in the local culture and traditions.

Wineries with a century-old history or modern and scenic wineries with a single denominator: quality and sustainability, a welcome charter to make you feel like special guests during the wine tour.

Cantine Accoglienti is a wine tourism project of the province of Alessandria, coordinated by Alexala with the support of the Regional Authority of Piedmont and implemented with the partnership of the following Consortia, regional wine shops and wine roads: Consorzio Barbera d’Asti e Vini del Monferrato, il Consorzio dell’Asti e del Moscato d’Asti Docg, il Consorzio di tutela dei Vini Grignolino del Monferrato Casalese Doc, Barbera del Monferrato Superiore Docg, Rubino di Cantavenna Doc e Gabiano Doc, il Consorzio di Tutela dell’Ovada DOCG, il Consorzio Tutela Brachetto d’Acqui D.O.C.G., il Consorzio Tutela Vini Colli Tortonesi, l’Enoteca Regionale del Monferrato, l’Enoteca Regionale di Acqui Terme e Vino, l’Enoteca Regionale di Ovada e del Monferrato, la Strada dei Vini e dei Sapori del Gran Monferrato and la Strada del Vino e dei Sapori dei Colli Tortonesi. The wineries participating in the project share a Welcome Charter a 10-point manifesto with guidelines, values and goals to guarantee certified hospitality services.
